For artists

The design, translated for the chair.

A beautiful design is useless if it cannot be read at the table. Salon Mode turns any Nailly design into a clean, explicit recipe — every finger, every layer — that any tech can follow, whether or not they have ever opened the app.

What Salon Mode shows

  • Per-finger breakdown, in working order
  • Shape and length for the set
  • Exact colours, tips and finishes for each nail
  • Art placement: stickers, lettering, freehand
  • Readable by any tech — no account needed to be shown it

From design to recipe

Every Nailly design is built from real layers: shape, length, base colour, french tip, finish, stickers, lettering, freehand art — per finger. Salon Mode lays that out finger by finger, in order, the way the work actually happens.

No squinting at a screenshot trying to guess whether that shimmer is chrome or glitter. The recipe says chrome, on the ring finger, over that exact base colour.

Works with any tech — including ones not on Nailly

Clients can open Salon Mode too. If your favourite tech is not on Nailly yet, design your set, sit down, and show them the recipe — it reads like notes from another professional, not like an app trying to be clever.

For artists on Nailly, Salon Mode is the appointment companion: the claimed design, its recipe, and nothing else on screen while you work.

Fewer surprises, better results

Most disappointing sets come from translation loss — the idea in the client's head never fully made it to the table. A precise recipe removes the guessing on both sides. The client gets the set they tried on their own hand; the tech gets instructions they can actually execute.

It is a small feature with an outsized effect: the end of “that's not what I asked for.”
