These terms are an agreement between you and Nailly. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Please read them — they are short and honest.
The service
Nailly lets you design nail sets, discover designs, and connect with nail artists — and lets artists present their studio, receive designs, and manage client requests.
An account is required to use Nailly. Some features that connect multiple people (for example live chat delivery between devices) may roll out progressively as the platform grows.
Your account & age
You must be at least 13 years old — or older, if the law of your country sets a higher minimum age to use an online service — to use Nailly. If you are under 18, please use Nailly only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Provide accurate information and keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; accounts may not be sold or transferred.
Membership & billing
Every new account includes a free week with full access. The free week is tied to your email address: deleting and re-creating an account does not restart it.
After the free week, parts of the app require a membership: a monthly plan for customers (reduced with an artist’s invite) and a monthly plan for artists. Prices vary by region and are shown in your local currency — you always see the exact price before paying.
Memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the app marketplace you installed Nailly from. A subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in that marketplace’s subscription settings, where its refund policies also apply.
Your content
Designs you create are yours. When you post a design, a photo, or a request publicly (for example to Discover or the “Who can make this?” board), you give Nailly a non-exclusive licence to display it within the app so the feature can work, and you allow other users to view and remix it as the feature intends.
Post only content you have the right to share. There is no tolerance on Nailly for content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights or impersonates another person or business.
Community conduct
Chats between clients and artists are for arranging nail services. No spam, harassment, or abusive behaviour. Treat people in the app the way you would in the chair.
Artists & clients
Nailly is a design and communication tool that helps clients and independent nail artists find and talk to each other. The artists on Nailly are independent professionals — they are not employed by Nailly and are not our agents or partners, and we do not control, direct, supervise, or carry out their work.
Any appointment, price, payment, and the nail service itself are arranged and provided strictly between the client and the artist. Nailly is not a party to that arrangement. We do not vet, verify, endorse, license, insure, or guarantee any artist, their qualifications, their hygiene, or the quality or safety of their work.
You use these connections at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own judgement — check an artist’s credentials, and raise any health concern (such as an allergy) with them before your appointment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nailly is not responsible for anything that happens between users, including the quality of work, any injury or reaction (such as skin irritation, an allergic reaction, or infection), damage, missed or cancelled appointments, payment problems, or any other dispute between a client and an artist.
Nail & skin care is not professional advice
Anything in Nailly about nail or skin care — tips, reminders, notes — is general information, not professional or medical advice. Products and techniques can cause reactions in some people. If you have a condition or a known allergy, or you notice a reaction, stop and speak to a qualified professional; consider a patch test before trying a new product.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, probe or overload our servers, access another person’s account or data, scrape content at scale, bypass membership locks, or use Nailly to build a competing dataset.
Reporting & takedown
If you believe content on Nailly infringes your copyright or other rights, or breaks these rules, tell us at getnailly@gmail.com with enough detail to find it, and we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and, for repeated or serious violations, restrict or terminate accounts. You can also report or block any user directly from any chat or post — blocking hides their content from you immediately.
Intellectual property
The Nailly app, name, design language and built-in design library are protected. You may use the built-in designs within the app (including recreating them on real nails) — that is what they are for.
Where the app shows a nail-polish colour alongside a real brand or product name, that is only a shade reference to help you match a look. Nailly is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any polish brand; all brand and product names belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
Nailly is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app will always be available or error-free, or that a design will look or wear exactly as shown on screen.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nailly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for lost profits or data, or for anything arising from services agreed between users. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Your responsibility to us
You are responsible for your own content, your conduct in the app, and your dealings with other users. To the extent the law allows, if a claim is brought against Nailly because of something you posted or did, or because you broke these terms or someone else’s rights, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.
Resolving problems
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at getnailly@gmail.com — most things can be sorted out quickly and directly, and we would always rather fix a problem than argue about it.
These terms are governed by generally applicable law. Nothing in them affects the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in the country where you live, and you can always bring a matter before the courts or consumer bodies available to you there.
App marketplace terms
If you obtained Nailly through an app marketplace, that marketplace’s own standard terms also apply to the download and to purchases made through it, and prevail for those purchases where required.
Changes, termination & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version always lives here with its date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
You can stop using Nailly anytime. Settings → Delete account & all data deletes your account, your server backup, and everything on the device.
